FAQ
  • What do you feed your Ball Pythons?
    Majority are all fed frozen/thawed rats. This is by far the easiest and safest way to feed your ball python, especially if you own multiple. A few are fed live rats, but all are always worked to convert over to frozen/thawed. Hatchlings will be fed rat pinkies, but the smaller ones will eat mice until they are large enough to transition to rats.
  • How often do you feed your Ball Pythons ?
    The hatchlings are fed about every 4 days. Once they get to about 1000 grams they are fed once a week. Adults are fed about once every 10 to 14 days.
  • Has my order been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, a Fed Ex tracking number will be provided.
  • Do you offer Payment Plans?
    Yes. Only for purchases over $500.00. A 25% deposit is required and the remaining balance to be paid off within 4 months. Once paid in full, the snake will be shipped.
  • How do you ship hatchlings?
    Once hatched, hatchlings will not be shipped until they have had 3 meals and are at least 80 grams. It is very stressful to the snake to ship and then get acclimated to their new home. Having some weight to them and routine meals will help with the acclimation.
  • Can you give me more information about the snakes?
    We have several different morphs. If you have any questions feel free to email/text about a specific snake.
  • Which methods of payments can I use?
    We accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. The fastest way to receive your new snake is to use Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. Purchases made with personal checks will be held for a minimum of 7 business days before shipment is sent.
  • Delivery - How long does it take?
    We ship Fed Ex Priority Overnight. Delivery is usually by 10:30 AM, but may be later for some areas. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the first delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all guarantees are void. Overnight shipments will only be sent Monday - Wednesday
  • Is it safe to order online?
    ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL AND HEALTHY. Live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold we can hold your order until the weather is better. Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms). Any health issues or dead on arrival (DOA) must be reported within two hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit (Photos and return of animal may be required). We cannot guarantee temperament or tameness of any reptile. We cannot refund or credit shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
